Gelner
I work at the boundarys between art and intimacy, the staged and the real — where people stop observing themselves and simply start to be. My work is a witness to moments. Whether real or deliberately created, both are somehow genuine in the end. I enjoy working spontaneously and intuitively, following what I feel in the moment. But I also love realising conceptual work that requires more careful planning.

Der Mensch
im Mittelpunkt.
I don't photograph just beautiful human bodies — I photograph moments of inner truth. People. My work moves between vulnerability and strength, between the obvious and what you only see on second glance, or can only perceive as a feeling.
My Medium
I am often asked these days: do you shoot on film or digital? I don't chase trends. The project decides the right medium — not the other way around. Sometimes I use film, sometimes digital, and often both worlds blend together.
