In this shoot my dear friend Olga and me wanted to show and hide things at the same time. Making the images appear grotesque yet exciting at once. Giving them some weird yet erotic character. And showing things while actually hiding them.  

So I decided to use a Painter sheet (plastic foil) and some wind. The images were shot on Film and hand developed. 

Oleksandra is a very dear friend to me. We met after she had to come to Germany when the war in Ukraine started. 

She is a professional artist herself and besides that an absolutely wonderful and caring person. 

Both of us were going through a kind of creative crisis and decided to have a shoot together to inspire each others creativity and to have a good time. We literally enlightened a candle in the dark, which was our only source of light and is also a wonderful metaphor to what some people can be to others.

For This shoot I wanted something different. Something aside the shots I take quite often. So I decided to setup a Nude Art shoot incorporating flowers. 

Nox was the perfect model for this shoot. Her intensive blue eyes gave a great contrast to her red hair.  And her blooming beauty  was perfectly contrasting to the rotten flowers. 

I guess sometimes it is worth to hold on to some old or rotten things and admire them for a moment,  since they have their very own kind of beauty.
